Transforming Growth: The Hu::Be Coaching Model for Personal Fulfillment

My coaching style is fairly direct but I find this makes a huge difference to you getting the most out of your bespoke program. Based on my experience as both a therapist and transformational coach I have developed my own coaching model, Hu::Be which at its core is human-centred and focuses on personal growth and fulfilment, recognising that as humans we are all looking for new ways to grow, to become better, to learn new skills and experience growth.

My coaching integrates logic and reason with emotional, somatic, and relational intelligence.

Hu::Be is a 10 session program that is part set module-based and part flexible as you progress and transition through.

I work with high-profile clients in the UK and internationally.
