I feel honoured that I have countless stories of the human experience. It is a privilege to help others and support them to consciously connect. This journey for clients can be both liberating and empowering. At times we all need support and guidance as we become aware of what we need to heal and attempt to navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and dignity.

Incorporating my skills and experience in counselling and coaching, I work with clients who are looking to make significant changes to their life and need support working through their transition. I work holistically, encouraging clients to change habits and patterns and welcome more balance and well-being into their lifestyle, often teaching relaxation techniques and mindfulness.

I work in a variety of settings, in private clinical practice and in the local community in schools as a therapist using a person-centred, integrative approach incorporating a range of science-based modalities that include CBT, TA, EMDR, SE and I apply my skills and experience in a way that resonates with who I am and how I can genuinely help people. I set my working environment to be one of honesty, compassion and empathy, essentially a space space where there is no opinion and no judgement. I often remind clients its them doing the work, making transformation. I am just guiding and supporting. This is what modern therapy should look like.

My Unique Approach To Therapy.

As an integrative Therapist, I take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. Rather, each person needs to be considered as a whole & counselling techniques are tailored to your individual needs and personal circumstances.

Integrative therapy maintains the philosophy that there are many ways in which human psychology can be looked at in more depth and understood – no one theory alone holds the answer.

I often invite clients to look at all aspects of their life and support them towards greater balance. Integrative therapy aims to promote healing and facilitate wholeness, ensuring mind health, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being are explored during sessions.
